“Both Pauls were very helpful and just got on with things. They had the crowd up and dancing on the first song. The dance floor was not empty from start to end. We had a joint 18th and 50th birthday all in fancy dress. Up to 200 people turned up and it was the best party. People are still talking about it now weeks after. I am very grateful to my helpful and proactive Alive Network coordinator who managed to find me a band for my party with only a couple of weeks' notice. The King B Blues Brothers performed a great set for my 50th birthday party. The lead singer is amazing and received lots of compliments from my guests. I loved the live harmonica too. The youngsters in particular really enjoyed joining in with the dance moves. I would recommend this duo, who were likeable, very professional and put a lot of energy into their performance.”

The guys provided disco music before the performance and they had the volume and type of music spot on, they advised me of a good time to begin the performance and they were spot on. When they began they were amazing! The dance floor was jumping all night and my friends and family, young and old, said it was the best night they have ever had. “This booking proved a big success. I have had nothing but positive feedback since the event. Various people described the whole evening as one of the best that our club has put on. (it is fair also to attribute some of this praise to the excellent meal we enjoyed). The act was lively, entertaining and had everyone rocking from start to finish. Our social functions are generally well supported and the people need no invitation to get up and dance but the "Brothers" ensured the post-dinner spell got off to a flyer. Everyone was so enthusiatic about the entertainment and both the Pauls' (Blues Brothers) did an excellent job keeping the crowd going. No-one wanted the evening to end they were having such a great time.”
